Bell Farms Inc was established in 1962 by Ted Bell, and grew into one of the largest cherry farms in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. After stepping down as president from another local maraschino cherry processor, Ted and son Craig began their own maraschino cherry processing plant called Eola Cherry Company Inc…named after the Eola Hills that surrounds their farm. Eola grew into one of the larges maraschino cherry processors in the world, and was at one time processing over 20 million pounds of fruit every year. Eola sold the cherry division in 2006 but maintained the farm. Currently our orchards grow 160 acres of cherries, 50 acres of pears, and about 10 acres of filberts. In 2011, we changed our name from Eola Specialty Foods, Inc. to Bell Foods International, Inc. The new name better reflects our ownership and international brokering emphasis.

Always seeking to be innovative and competitive Eola now offers a variety of different gourmet items, packaging, and product development concepts. Eola also does some customized co-packing for our customers.
Bell Foods International, Inc. continues to market and expand product offerings under the Everyday Gourmet brand. We will also continue to offer private label programs & customized co-packing solutions for a selected variety of specialty gourmet items. We are also focused and excited about the evolution of our specialty hand packing division in Peru & Mexico. ”There is no telling what the future will bring, but we’re sure that it will bring challenges that need solutions”….and providing solutions is what we do best!
